Reign (North Tower) By Wesgroup

Wesgroup Properties, a local developer, are to redevelop two three-storey apartment buildings located on Willingdon Avenue in Burnaby's Maywood neighborhood. These buildings were constructed in the late 1960s and are situated between Beresford and Maywood streets, within close proximity to Burnaby's Metro Downtown area and just a short six-minute walk from the SkyTrain Metrotown Station.

The redevelopment plan involves the construction of high-rise residential towers on the site. The existing 116 rental homes would be replaced by a total of 733 homes, comprising 617 condominium units and 166 replacement rental homes. The redevelopment would be carried out in two phases, with the first phase consisting of a 35-storey south tower and the second phase featuring a 38-storey north tower.
